Can we meet for a consultation?

A 15-minute complimentary consultation can be made at my studio. This will give us a chance to meet in person and to further discuss possible makeup/hairstyles. If you are not available for the in-person consultation, we can have one via email. A photo of yourself, inspirational pictures of makeup and hairstyles, as well as discussion of wedding theme, gown, hair accessories can all be emailed to me prior to bridal trial and/or wedding day. If your skin is sensitive or allergic to a certain ingredient, this is the time to let me know so I can be sure I have the right products to work on you.

What happens at a bridal trial?

A bridal makeup and hair trial takes 2 hours and will be at my studio in San Jose. We will try out makeup looks and hairstyles, and also discuss wedding theme, your gown, and hair accessories. Please have clean, dry hair, and moisturized face. Before and after pictures will be taken.

Do you clean your brushes?

Yes! Hygiene is very important to me. Brushes are always cleaned between client appointments and go through deep cleaning at the end of the day then again the night before the event.

What makeup brands do you use?

MAC, Make Up For Ever, Urban Decay, NARS, Smashbox, Dior, Chanel... just to name a few. I have many different brands in my kit. After assessing the client's skin, I will decide what products would be best for them.

Who are your team artists?

More info on my team artists and their work coming soon!

How far in advance should I book you?

Brides typically book my services anywhere from few months up to a year in advance. If you are sure you would like to reserve my services for your wedding day, it is highly suggested you book as soon as possible. Trials are recommended at 2-6 months before wedding day.

How do I book you?

To reserve my services for your wedding day, a non-refundable retainer payment and signed contract are required. Without both, your date is not booked, even with a set trial appointment.

When is the remaining balance due?

While the retainer payment can be made as soon as possible when booking my services, the remaining balance is due one week before your wedding day or first event date.

Why should I book you?

All brides should feel absolutely beautiful on their most important day! It is to the best interest of both bride and artist that the bride finds someone she can trust and would feel most comfortable with in helping her create the perfect bridal look for her big day. My specialty is to personalize everything following the bride's style and preferences. No two brides are ever the same!

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, check, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments made with credit card are subject to a 3% transaction fee. Gratuity is optional and never included in your balance. We sincerely work hard to keep our clients happy; your generosity is greatly appreciated, thank you!
